Life insurance can help provide for your loved ones if something happened to you. Rehab United provides $25,000 in group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to the employee. VOLUNTARY LIFE/AD&D BENEFIT

Employees can choose to elect additional amounts of life insurance for themselves and their dependents at a low cost to them. Rates are based on the member’s age and the amount of life insurance they elect and cost will be provided in your Employee Navigator Portal.
Please be sure to keep your beneficiary designations current when life events occur (marriage, divorce, birth/adoption)
